"As a newcomer to Santa Fe, we first purchased a gently used home in the south east part of town. With a gently used, six years old home, we needed to have some items repaired and some items changed to make it our home. Who to go to? Where to find a reliable contractor? How to go about finding reputable companies to work with? However, we were so impressed with the capabilities and experience of the Wise Improvements contractors that we chose one to oversee all of the remodeling and changes that we wanted done prior to our move in date. All was accomplished and we are extremely impressed with both the quality and completion of the work and the competent referral source, Wise Improvements.

"We had a pretty serious leak with our irrigation system and I called Wise Improvements to put me in touch with a reputable Santa Fe contractor. Joe Lewis, grandson of Allen Stamm and owner of Wise Improvements, responded quickly with a job order and within hours I had contractors calling me. On our own, we had gotten some bids and the best bid was for $1,000 but Joe put us in touch with a good contractor who did a good job for $615.

We all know how hard it is to find reliable, good contractors in Santa Fe, so I thought I would send out the link for Wise Improvements.
